Italian Silk
The French aren’t the only ones known for incredible coffee. Italy has been the forerunner in the coffee world for centuries. We roast our Italian Silk slightly lighter than our French, pulling out subtle nuances in the flavor profile. Though also a dark roast, you might notice a hint of caramel and a creamy finish. Tip: alternate between luxurious sips and dunking an almond biscotti. Bonus points if you can convince your boss to instate a company- wide policy for an Italian siesta.
